On 20 September the Port of Gdynia Authority S.A. hosted at its headquarters representatives of the world of business belonging to the Gdynia Branch of the Employers of Pomerania.
The aim of the meeting was to exchange views on social conditions and international business relationships from the perspective of SMEs.
Dr. Roman Wójcik, President of SWORD Piły Taśmowe and at the same time Chairman of the Branch, outlined the nature of business behaviours resulting directly from the unique mentality and social characteristics of the residents of Russia, China and the United States. The meeting also gave an opportunity to present the differences and similarities in business relationships, as well as ways of conducting talks with contractors, whose success largely depends on the knowledge of their social and national individuality.
The meeting was also an opportunity for discussion and exchange of personal experiences among the participants on dealing with international business partners.
