The Vice President of the Management Board for Infrastructure and Asset Management was appointed to the Board of Directors of the ninth term of the company Port of Gdynia Authority S.A.

On March 18, 2024, by decision of the Company’s Supervisory Board, as a result of the qualification proceedings, Mr Miroslaw Czapiewski, Vice President of the Management Board for Infrastructure and Asset Management, was appointed as Member of the Management Board for the ninth term, taking up his position on 19 March 2024.

On 18 March 2024, the Company’s Supervisory Board completed the qualification proceedings for the position of President of the Management Board of Port of Gdynia Authority S.A. and for the position of Vice President of the Management Board for Finance and Asset Management of Port of Gdynia S.A. without selecting candidates.
