The President of the Management Board was appointed to the Board of Directors of the ninth term of the company Port of Gdynia Authority S.A.

On April 9, 2024, by decision of the Company’s Supervisory Board, as a result of the qualification proceedings, Mr. Piotr Gorzeński,  President of the Management Board, was appointed as Member of the Management Board for the ninth term, taking up his position on April 10, 2024.

On 9 April 2024, the Company’s Supervisory Board completed the qualification proceedings for the position of Vice-President of the Management Board for Finance and Asset Management of the Port of Gdynia Authority S.A. without selecting a candidate.
