Polish Parliament supports the expansion of Polish Ports
The Polish Parliament adopted a special act on investments in the construction of external ports. It aims to introduce facilitation enabling efficient implementation of sea port expansion projects. It concerns the so-called ports of primary importance for the national economy, i.e. ports in Gdynia, Gdańsk and the Szczecin - Świnoujście port complex, which generates income of 95% of shares to the The State Treasury. The law is of crucial importance for the speed and efficiency of the investment, especially in the situation of lack of the undeveloped land within the port, which is especially in the case port of Gdynia.
