The 4th-last survey session using the unmanned floating platform was completed

On October 20, 2022, the 4th-last survey session using the unmanned floating platform was completed. In the course of the project, 2 main tasks were envisaged to be carried out with the use of a surface unmanned floating platform as part of the test work. The first assumption was to perform in an automatic and partially autonomous manner, sampling of water and bottom sediments from 28 measurement points located in the Port of Gdynia. The sessions were divided according to the seasons, which made it possible to determine 4 measurement periods in 2022. The next stage of the research, is to perform and verify the authoritativeness and effectiveness of bathymetric surveys, which will begin in early 2023.
