On 1st of May 2020 we celebrate the International Workers’ Day. On this day we wish to thank all people who work hard in the time of pandemics for their heroic fight risking their health and lives to save those suffering from the Coronavirus, so others can stay home safely.
By initiative of the International Chamber of Shipping an action to support and thank Medical Services, Border Guard and the Fire Services for their hard work during the COVID–19 pandemics has been organized.
All vessels, institutions related to maritime economy and companies operating on the area of the Port of Gdynia are welcome to join the action and use a sound signal at 12.00 a.m. on Friday.
JThe SAR Poinc vessel will present butterfly wings to be seen at the South Pier.
