The General Meeting of Shareholders is the highest authority of a joint-stock company. The competences of the General Meeting of Shareholders are specified by the provisions of the Code of Commercial Companies and the Company’s Articles of Association. The General Meeting of Shareholders decides on the most important matters of the Company. Shareholders may take decisions at General Meetings of Shareholders only.

The General Meeting of Shareholder is either ordinary or extraordinary.

The Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders is obligatory and it should take place within six months of the end of each financial year.

The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders is convened in cases specified under the provisions of the Code of Commercial Companies or the Company’s Articles of Association, and when deemed advisable by the Company’s authorities or persons authorized to convene General Meetings of Shareholders.
