On 27 May 2014, at 1200 hrs, at 27 Kontenerowa street in Gdynia, a new high-storage warehouse was brought into operation. The facility was built by Przembud Gdańsk SA following the contract of 14 February 2013. The lessees for the warehouse had been found during the process of construction so the finishing works were carried out under their guidance. The lessees are: Chiquita Poland Sp. z.o.o., Agencja Celna COMPLEX SAD Małgorzata Sochaj, PEKAES S.A., and Solid Logistics Sp. z o.o..
On 4 June 2014, at Teatr Wielki – Polish National Opera in Warsaw, the 25th finale of the European Medal contest took place. The award is given by the Business Centre Club to Polish companies for their achievements and their contribution to the growth of Polish economy, and increasing its importance across the UE.
