The meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Port of Gdynia Authority SA took place on 27thApril, 2011. The Board continued its activities relating to the qualification proceedings for the posts of the Chairman and two vice-chairmen of the Board of the 5th term of the Company - Port of Gdynia Authority SA.
As the result of the Supervisory Board undertook the decision to appoint the Board of the 5th term composed of:
Chairman of the Board /
Chief Executive Officer – Mr. Janusz Jarosiński
Vice-chairman of the Board /
Head of Infrastructure and Asset Management – Mr. Walery Tankiewicz
Vice-chairman of the Board /
Head of Finance and Finance Management– Ms Krystyna Szambelańczyk
Taking up the office by the newly appointed Board Members shall follow the expiry of mandates for the 4th term Board Members, i.e. on the date of the Ordinary General Meeting that shall approve the Financial Statements for 2010.
The General Meeting is planned to take place on 20th June this year.
