The Port of Gdynia Authority S.A was awarded an honourable award "Czas Gdyni" once again. On 10th February 2011, during an official session of the Council of the City of Gdynia in Musical Theatre, the President of the Managing Board - Janusz Jarosiński received this prestigious award from the Chairman of the City Council - Stanisław Szwabski - this time for the double-level ramp for handling ro-ro vessels.

WThe port s venture, rewarded in this 85 Jubilee year of Gdynia is further investment supporting the development of the Baltic General Cargo Terminal and the Port of Gdynia. The new ramp is part of a larger project of PGA SA called " Development of Port infrastructure for handling ro-ro vessels, with road and railway access to the Port of Gdynia ", to be implemented by PGA SA with co financement from EU funds. Realization of this project is an important element in developing the idea of a network of Sea Motorways, where the port of Gdynia plays an important role.

At the same time we would like to recall that PGA SA and other entities operating in the area of the Port of Gdynia were awarded the prizes or mentions of "CZAS GDYNI" many times before.
- in 2009 - an award for the Port of Gdynia Authority for the first stage of reconstruction and modernization of. Polska Street
- in 2008 - an award for the Port of Gdynia Authority for the office building at Janka Wiśniewskiego Street
- in 2006 - the prize for Hutchison Port Holdings for the construction of Container Terminal in Gdynia
- in 2001 - an award for the Port of Gdynia Authority S.A. for the ro-ro terminal
- in 1999 - the prize for the Port of Gdynia Holding S.A. and the Pulawy SA for the construction of the terminal for handling and storage for the Baltic Bulk Terminal
- in 1997- the prize for the Port of Gdynia Holding S.A. and the Baltic Grain Terminal Sp. z o. o. for the modernization and development of grain elevator.
